3. Accounts

4. Acceptable Use

• No illegal or harmful activity
• No abuse of infrastructure
• No attempts to disrupt service

5. Billing

• Subscriptions are billed via Stripe
• Plans renew automatically unless canceled
• No refunds unless required by law

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of the billing period.

7. Data

You retain ownership of your data. We process data only to provide the service.

8. Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

9. Limitation of Liability

TestGuard is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
